We use the information you provide solely to respond to your enquiry and to conduct the engagement if one proceeds. We do not use your information for marketing purposes. We do not add you to mailing lists. We do not send newsletters or promotional material.

Who we share it with

We do not share your personal information with third parties except where necessary to conduct a search engagement and only with your knowledge. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information under any circumstances.

Confidentiality of engagement information

All engagement information, including client organisation identities, candidate identities, brief details and shortlist contents, is held under a written confidentiality protocol. This information is never published, referenced externally, or used in any form of marketing or case study material.

If you wish to access, correct or have removed any personal information we hold about you, contact us directly at info@executivementors.com.au or by phone on 0407 900 234. We will respond within five business days.

The engagement letter is the document of record. In the event of any inconsistency between the engagement letter and anything on this website, the engagement letter prevails.
